Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at this domain (the “Site”) operated by Nediv Lev LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Nediv Lev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your participation in any campaign operated by Nediv Lev. By accessing or using the Site or subscribing to any Nediv Lev campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
About Nediv Lev
Nediv Lev operates periodic fundraising campaigns in partnership with 501(c)(3) beneficiary organizations. Each campaign identifies the beneficiary organization and directs proceeds to that organization in accordance with the arrangement between Nediv Lev and the beneficiary. Nediv Lev itself is not a 501(c)(3) organization; charitable tax treatment, if any, is governed by the status of the beneficiary organization and the manner in which a contribution is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, layout, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by Nediv Lev or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) transmit any malware, harmful code, or unsolicited commercial communications; (d) attempt to access areas of the Site that are not intended for public use; or (e) interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
SMS and Email Communications
By subscribing to our SMS or email program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Nediv Lev at the phone number or email address you provided. Consent to messaging is not a condition of donating to or participating in any campaign.
SMS message frequency is up to 2 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Email subscribers may unsubscribe using the link in any message.

Campaign Participation
Participation in any Nediv Lev campaign is subject to the specific terms published for that campaign, including any raffle official rules, donation pages, or promotional terms. Where a campaign involves a raffle or drawing, separate official rules govern eligibility, entry, odds, prize details, and winner notification. No purchase is necessary to enter any raffle; an alternate method of entry is available where required by law. Campaigns are void where prohibited by law, and participants must be at least 18 years of age and legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on prizes.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including donation platforms operated by beneficiary organizations or their processors. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The Site and all campaign information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is current or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nediv Lev LLC, its members, managers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Site or participation in any campaign. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nediv Lev LLC and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your participation in a campaign, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
